I understand vanity, all too well. I am going to say something, not because it seems like the right thing to say, but because I believe it with all of my heart. “I think you are beautiful”.

We can all be tempted, but so was Jesus. The fact that you haven’t acted upon your temptation is admirable. I’m so glad you refused to bow down to that god. It’s not that it’s all bad. It’s good to take care of the “living” temple. Truly, however, the money spent on cosmetic surgery is a hoax. None of it lasts, and it only feeds the “unworthiness” we feel, due to our less than super-model images.

Next to the fact that He loved you so much and that is why He created you, God has a very specific work for you, “Kerry”, not in the image of our culture, but in His image. Embrace the woman God created, Kerry. You are an amazing woman!
